The beautiful 150m2 Newcastle studio, located in Hunter Street Mall is fitted out with 8 dance poles ( fixed and spinning), and has a relaxed, private atmosphere. It's only a short walk to the Foreshore, also making it the ideal location for your Hen's Party or special occasion.
Our ladies only classes are NOT designed for professional training - they are based purely on Fun and Fitness (all classes are G Rated). Every lady gets plenty of time and assistance from our experienced instructors. Our classes are very casual and unpretentious. We're normal, everyday women like you - we are mothers, wives and business people, and we also love to pole dance. No matter what your age, size or fitness level, EVERYONE can enjoy the fun and fitness benefits from a Pol-arise class.
